On the Ground Floor, we have:

AND A COMMON WASHROOM- 6’9″X 5’11”

35X30 First Floor Plan

On the First Floor Plan we have:

Bedroom 03- 10’10″x8’10”, Bedroom 04- 10’x10″x9’10”

A large Living area- 11’1″x18’9″

one common washroom 6’4″x4′ and one attached to Bedroom 03- 6’4″x4′

Front Balcony connected to Bedroom 04- 11’7″x9′

Large open Terrace area connected to Living Room- 11’11″x32’4″

35×30 House Front Elevation Design

Ground Floor Height is taken as 10’6″ with lintel height at 8 feet, Windows Sill height is 2 feet from ground floor level

On the first floor, we have different level slabs, For the Living room slab is at 10 feet 6inches, for Bedroom 04 its 12 feet 6inches and for Bedroom 04 slab is at 14feet 6inches from the first-floor level

Stairs are constructed from the dining room with a riser 7inches and a Tread 11inches each
