34X39 Ground Floor Plan Features
The Ground Floor Consist of two entrance door, one leads to drawing area and the second to kitchen
The living room is the main show of this plan as it has an open roof concept as shown in plan with stairs beside it
We have provided an open kitchen in the dining area with a common washroom
At the back, there is a single bedroom with an attached washroom
When we enter from the second door(kitchen) on the right side there is a pooja room
There is also a Front sit out area beside it there is car parking as shown in the plan

34X39 First Floor Plan Features
Moving towards the first floor we have got two bedrooms, one with an attached washroom
we have also provided a common washroom for regular usage and for the second bedroom
The balcony is provided in such a way that it connects both the bedrooms
when we rise up from the stairs we have a small lobby area where you can keep the sofa for sitting
Ground Floor Plan Area Details
As you can see in the above image the total area of the plot is 1335 Sq ft in which 900Sqft is the ground floor built-up area with 246 Sqft sit-out and parking area
First Floor Plan Area Details
On the first floor, the built-up area is 630Sqft and the balcony area is 155sqft making a total super built-up area of 785SQ FT
