23×55 Floor Plan Design
Key Features:
- Ground Floor- Complete Parking Area
- First Floor has 2 numbers of bedroom with attached washroom, living,Puja,kitchen and dining area with balconies (shown in floor plans)
- Second Floor also has 2 bedroom withattcahed washroom, large living area and a multiactivity room with balconies.
First Floor Plan
Coming up from the stairs area we first get the balcony, from the balcony we have our main entrance door which opens up in the Foyer area.
From the foyer area, we have two doors one leads to the front master bedroom (with at. washroom)
The second door opens in the drawing-room for the guest
moving forward from the drawing-room we get our dining room, puja room, and the kitchen as shown in the floor plan
The kitchen is attached with a storeroom for keeping all the extra products of kitchen
the second bedroom is attached with the drawing-room which also has an at. washroom, which can also be changed as a common washroom by changing the position of the door as per the client.
Keeping in mind ventilation and natural light each room is provided with windows.
Second Floor Plan
The first-floor plan is constructed the same as the first-floor plan, but we have removed the puja room making the area much bigger
the kitchen and the storeroom area are combined and converted to a multi-activity room.

23×55 Front Elevation Design
As per our elevation design, the ground floor height is kept 8feet for the parking and others use
the First and the second-floor height is 10feet and 6incehs each
Stairs details: Riser 18number-6inches and tread 17numbers-10inches each
23×55 House Design View
We have used a combination of total 4 Textures in which two area solid color- white and cream and the other two is wood finish in the stairs area and masonry brick tile in the front walls of the balcony
